Everyone thinks they're a badass... until this challenge rolls around! You'll need a pullup bar that's about a foot about your reach (so stand up straight and put your arms straight up, the bar should be about 1 foot higher than that).
And then you do a burpee, and during the jumping part you have to grab the bar and do a pullup. Seem simple enough?
Now just do that 100 times and you've completed this challenge! Make sure you're timing it so you can see how you did and compare it to your time in the future if you want to beat it.
