How To Do This Challenge:
Start a timer, and then complete this workout as quickly as possible.
You'll start with 50 Burpees, 50 Air Squats, 50 Push-Ups, and 50 Sit-Ups. Then move to 40-40-40-40, followed by 30 reps of each, then 20, and then 10.
At the end of this workout, you will have complete 150 reps of each exercise for 600 total reps. That's one hell of a workout that's sure to leave you sore!
You must complete all of the reps for each exercise before moving to the next one (so you can't hop back & forth between exercises).
