Where Are You Based Out Of? 

Our headquarters is located in sunny Tampa Florida. Fun fact; it’s actually the lightning capital of the world and which is why our NHL team is called the Lightning. So far none of our supplements have been struck by lighting. Although if they ever are, I wonder if they’d give us superpowers like in the movies ⚡🤔⚡

Where Are Your Supplements Made? 🇺🇸

We are proud to say we manufacture all of our supplements right here in the United States. To insure quality, purity, and consistency, we manufacture our products in a FDA registered and inspected facility. We always guarantee the highest quality for our products, and you know exactly what you're getting with every scoop.

What Countries Do You Ship To? 

We ship our products to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Note that if you live in Canada or the U.K., your country might charge you an import tax on your package and hold it at the mail center for you until the import fee is paid.

How Long Does Shipping Take? 

U.S. Customers: Upon placing your order, you can expect to receive your package in 3-4 business days. We try to get the packages out as soon as possible, so don't be surprised if you get a "your package has been shipped" email shortly after ordering! 📦🚀

Canada & U.K. Customers: Upon placing your order, you can expect to receive your package in 7-21 business days. Remember, you might get a letter from your local post office saying they're holding the package and will charge in importation fee. We have no control over this, and the fee doesn't go to us, it goes towards your respective countries.

Ordering supplements before you try them out can be a little scary, we get that. That's why we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our products. To request a return simply reach out to us at info@purecutsupps.com and let us know the issue with your order. We will give you the return shipping address, and once we receive the product we will issue your refund. If over 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
