Either the boredom has started getting to me, or I'm officially a psychopath... I thought it would be a good idea to try to do 100 burpees for time (because who doesn't love a little pain and suffering 🤷🏻♂️)
The game plan was to start out steady and not kill myself on the first few sets, and after that just see how it goes.
